November 16th, Mr. Kofi Annan (see from the picture) `the secretary-general of the united nations made a statement on second phase of the WSIS will lasts for three days and The second phase of WSIS was held in Tunis, total of 10,000 representatives of state chief from 50 countries and head of the government attended the summit. They discussed the issues on internet governance and how to decrease the gap of digital communication.
